DISPATCH
Orders placed by 5pm Monday - Thursday and by 12pm Friday are generally processed within 24 hours or on the next business day*. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays, weekends or public holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.
*Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after a Public Holiday), next day dispatch may not be applicable whilst we work to prepare your order.
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Standard shipping
Free shipping for all orders over $100 AUD
Flat rate of $9 for orders under $100 AUD
4 - 9 days delivery time with Australia Post
VIC, WA, NT, TAS may take up to 14 days for standard parcel post.
Express shipping
Flat rate of $12
2 - 3 days with Australia Post for addresses within the Express Post network
NSW, VIC, WA, NT may take up to 6 days for express services.
Delays due to COVID-19
Record parcel volumes and ongoing restrictions are slowing things down with Australia Post. Next day delivery is currently suspended for express post. Please allow additional time for all delivery and see above for expected timeframes that have been updated to reflect the advice from Australia Post.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Standard postage with online tracking is used for all international orders. Delivery times have been updated to reflect current delays. Please refer to the following:

Please note shipping is not available for international PO Boxes
Items shipped to some countries may be subject to duties or taxes, and you as the buyer will be responsible for any costs that may be imposed. You may be required to pay these prior to receiving your order, or they may be charged to you at a later date. Claudia the Label is not liable for any of these charges.

PS. As we all want our planet to look as luscious as we do, please do your part for the environment and recycle the post satchel if you don't need to reuse it (they have a dual strip allowing you to use it again!). In Australia, the satchels can be recycled in the specially marked bins at selected Coles & Woolworths supermarkets. You can look up your closest participating store here xx
